Q1.How long will it take to process a return?
Ans: Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to process a return once we receive it back at our facility. An email will be sent to you once the process has been completed.
Q2. Can I cancel my order?
Ans: Once an order has begun processing or has been processed for shipment, the order is no longer able to be canceled/refunded.
To submit your cancellation request, please use our contact form and select “Cancel My Order” under “Order Changes.”
